$600,000 – Car Accident on Lindbergh Causes Herniated Disc

A woman in St. Louis county was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Lin Ferry Road from Lindbergh on a solid green light. The incorrectly woman gambled that all traffic was clear before making the turn, and created a sudden roadblock for our client who was traveling with the right-of-way down Lindbergh. The deceleration crash resulted in our client sustaining a herniated disc in her cervical spine at the C5-C6 level.
