Henry County, Missouri Accident Involving Teen Driver

After a car crash that took place Friday evening in Henry County, Missouri, two teenage girls are left with serious injuries.  According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 18-year-old driver from Calhoun, Missouri was driving north on county road NE 701 when she failed to negotiate a turn and lost control of her automobile.  Her 2005 Mercury Sable then turned 180 degrees and left the road landing in an embankment.  The vehicle’s other passengers included a 13-year-old, a 14- year-old, and a 34-year-old all from Calhoun County.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the injured parties as they begin to recover.

Inexperience is one of the leading causes of accidents among teenage drivers.  Inexperience in driving can lead to numerous mistakes, such as the failure to negotiate a turn, which can undoubtedly lead to accidents.  If you or a loved one has suffered injuries from a car crash that was caused by the inexperienced or negligent driving of someone else, it is important that you know your rights.  Contact a Missouri injury lawyer today to discuss your potential case.  Call us at 314.409.7060 or toll free at 855.402.7274.
