North St. Louis Car Accident

Saturday afternoon around 1:00 p.m., a three vehicle St. Louis accident claimed the lives of two Missouri drivers. The car accident occurred at Natural Bridge Avenue and North Grand Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri. According to police, passengers Daionsha Scott (19 years old) and Morion Robinson (21 years old) both lost their lives when the Pontiac Grand Prix they were traveling in ran a red light and struck a Metro Call-A-Ride bus. Charges have not yet been filed against the driver of the Pontiac as of Sunday.

St. Louis City Police report the Pontiac was speeding prior to running the red light. After the Pontiac struck the Metro Call-A-Ride bus, a 1996 Volvo struck the Pontiac, seriously injuring a 51 year old woman. She remains hospitalized in serious, yet stable condition.

As St. Louis City police investigate this deadly crash, it is important for all Missouri motorists to remember to exercise caution when operating their vehicles. Speeding accidents prematurely take thousands of innocent lives from our communities. In our fast paced lives it is critical that we all remember the devastating outcomes of so many tragic speeding accidents.
